2013 - Happy New Year!
Well, it's a new year and I'm really excited about all the new and exciting things just waiting to explode, flourish and succeed this year.
I had planned to continue with the Second Chances series first thing this year, but I've changed my mind (just like a woman) and want to continue with my first ever epic fantasy about a set of twins on a life-altering quest to discover their destinies.
Fantasy is my favorite, not only to write, but read, and I've written several novels already in that genre, but have yet to publish one. I'd like to change that this year.

2013 GAYA Nomination
I've been nominated for the 49th Annual (GAYA) Georgia Author of the Year award for Fiction for Milledgeville Misfit and The Arcainians.
Triumph over Tragedy
I've been asked to be part of one heck of a opportunity, to write a short story for an Anthology where 100% of the proceeds from book sales will go to the American Red Cross to help Hurricane Sandy victims.

What is NaNoWriMo?
I'm glad you asked. It's an online challenge for writers to spend the month of November (National Novel Writing Month) to dedicate themselves to 30 days and nights of literary abandon to write a 50,000+ word novel.
My story is called "Survival". It is the first of three books in the Second Chances Series.
Tagline: A pleasure cruise turns into a fight for survival, but the Storm of the Century isn't weather related.
